Orgonix ("we," "us") is a small handmade jewelry studio based in Nevada City, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.orgonix.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and practical.

Information we collect

Order information. When you buy from us, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give one), and the items you order.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers through Squarespace Commerce. We do not see or store your full card number.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address.
Messages. If you email us or use our contact form, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
Website usage data. Squarespace and our analytics tools automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring site. We and Squarespace use cookies and similar technologies for this.

How we use your information

To process, ship, and support your orders, and to handle returns and exchanges.
To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
To send newsletter emails you signed up for (new pieces, offers, studio news). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to orgonixshop@gmail.com.
To answer your questions.
To keep our site secure, prevent fraud, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the shop, such as Squarespace (website, checkout, and email campaigns), payment processors (for example Stripe or PayPal), shipping carriers (for example USPS, UPS, FedEx), and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as checkout, may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record keeping.

Do Not Track

Because there is no consistent industry standard, our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures, and the security features provided by Squarespace and our payment providers, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
