Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from Orgonix at www.orgonix.net. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions? Email orgonixshop@gmail.com.

Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is no longer available or we suspect fraud) and will refund you in full if we do.
  • Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping or applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout.
  • Payment is taken at checkout through Squarespace Commerce and our payment providers.
  • Please check your shipping address carefully. Contact us right away if you need to change an order; once a piece has shipped we can't change it.

Handmade and one-of-a-kind items

Every Orgonix piece is handmade. Natural stones, resin, and gold leaf vary in color, pattern, and inclusions, and many pieces are one of a kind. Photos show the actual piece or a close example, and your piece may differ slightly. These natural variations are part of the work and are not defects. One-of-a-kind items are sold once; when an item sells, it is gone and cannot be reproduced exactly.

Shipping

  • We ship from Nevada City, California. Handling time is typically a few business days; made-to-order pieces may take longer, and we will tell you.
  • Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with photos and we will work with you and the carrier to make it right.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by their country.

Returns and exchanges

  • You may return an unworn piece in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Email us first at orgonixshop@gmail.com to get return instructions.
  • Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong piece. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the piece. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless we made an error.
  • Because one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be replaced, an exchange means choosing another available piece of similar value.
  • Custom or special-order pieces, and items damaged after delivery by wear, misuse, or alteration, are not eligible for return.

Discount codes and promotions

  • Flash sale, welcome, and other discount codes are limited-time offers for a single use per customer unless we say otherwise.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with any other offer, discount, or promotion. Only one code may be used per order.
  • Codes have no cash value, apply to eligible items only, and may not apply to shipping or taxes. They cannot be applied to past orders.
  • We may change or end any code or promotion at any time, and may cancel orders where a code was misused.

Please read our Disclaimer for important information about the nature of our products, materials, and safe use. Pendants contain small parts and cords; keep them away from young children and pets.

Disclaimer of warranties

Orgonix pendants and other products are handmade art and adornment. They are not medical devices, and we make no health or EMF-protection claims. See our Disclaimer. Except as required by law, products and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orgonix and its owner, makers, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some of this may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos, text, and artwork on this site belong to Orgonix and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Privacy

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
